Oscar Wilde wrote, ”One should either be a work of art or wear a work of art,” and now muralist and artist Rouble Nagi is presenting us with a chance to do the same.

Rouble Nagi is all set to launch her limited Edition Art scarves. The scarves are versatile and present a range of innovative and unique designs depicting her vividly colourful signature paintings. Celebrating women, the collection features some of Rouble's most iconic works. Rouble’s scarves are not only a way to embrace her works physically but also translate something formal and flat into something luxuriously tactile and luscious to the touch.

The artist expressed enthusiasm for the project saying she is happy Amruta Fadnavis is also a part of it.  “I find Amruta Fadnavis incredibly close to the common woman. Not only is her simplicity appreciable but she is a very inspiring lady. Like lakhs of other working women, she manages to multi task by stepping in roles of a doting mother, wife, homemaker and a professional banker. My collection is for the woman of today, and am happy Amruta is a part of my new series.”

All the proceeds from Rouble’s art scarves collection will go for children’s education and women empowerment programs.

Rouble Nagi Curated an Art Show for Under Privileged Children in Mumbai

Acclaimed muralist and artist Rouble Nagi has been running the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation, an NGO that works with underprivileged children since the past 7 years. The artist has curated an art show of paintings done by children who have attended art camps conducted by Rouble Nagi. Close to sixty works were exhibited across various styles and genres of art, leaving viewers pleasantly surprised by the level of skill and how each student has been specially moulded to further sharpen his/her talent. Each year a show is hosted to present their annual collection.
